Maintenance Classes

It makes a lot of sense to understand how your bike works, this way you notice what needs attention before it goes too wrong, also learning the basic puncture repair is a must for any cyclist.

Learning how to replace and adjust basic parts on your bike keeps the annual costs of servicing down and is also very rewarding and essential if your planning on going on any long distance rides.

Modules-

  • Puncture repairs - removing wheels, changing tyres

  • Brakes - Blocks, pads, cables and balancing

  • Gears - Limiting, cables and Indexing

  • The M-Check - A systematic check

  • General TLC tips

  • Wheel truing

Modules can be taken as a day class (6hrs) or I can come and provide individual modules, as and when your bike needs them and show you how its done; what tools you'll need and with the aim that you'll have the confidence to fix it the next time.

£30.00 per hour

Please note; I sadly don’t have a venue for this service at present, so classes will be carried out at your residence or choice of venue.
