So, it makes a lot of sense to understand how your bike works and notice what needs attention before it goes too wrong and learning the basic puncture repair is a must for any cyclist.
But also knowing how to replace and adjust the parts on your bike keeps the annual costs of servicing down and is also very rewarding and essential, if your going on any long distance rides.

- The M-Check - A systematic check
- Changing chains and sprockets
- General TLC tips
- Wheel truing
Modules can be taken as a day class (6hrs) or I can come and provide individual modules, as and when your bike needs them and show you how its done; what tools you'll need and with the aim that you'll have the confidence to fix it the next time.
Lessons are fully customizable and cost

Please note; I sadly don’t have a venue for this service at present, so classes will be carried out at your residence or choice of venue.

Over 45 years of cycling experience and 30+ years driving experience in cars, vans and lorries and a qualification for the 'National Standard Instructor training'. (But now known as Bikeability)
Please note: I do not offer any formal certificate/accreditation, I do this purely as a 'Buddy', wanting to share my experience, skills and background of cycling and using the road, but with experience of the above mentioned qualification to do so safely and am fully insured.
